Fresh, seasonal food can be found in the Pacific Northwest throughout the year. Here are some of our favorites portioned out by season:
Spring: Cherries, rhubarb, asparagus, morels, radishes, salad greens, salmon.
Summer: Apricots, blackberries, blueberries, corn, cucumber, melons, nectarines, raspberries, strawberries, tomatoes, peppers, peas, salmon.
